Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Little Sprout app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Little Sprout is a pregnancy tracking and memory documentation app that allows users to:
- Track pregnancy progress week by week
- View educational information about baby development
- Create journal entries and store photos
- Generate shareable keepsake images

Little Sprout is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice.
The information provided in the App, including baby development details, size comparisons, and weekly tips, is for general educational and entertainment purposes only. This information should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider about any questions you may have regarding your pregnancy, your health, or your baby's health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in this App.
User Responsibilities
When using Little Sprout, you agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Be responsible for maintaining backups of your own data
Your Data
All data you create in Little Sprout (journal entries, photos, preferences) is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for your data, including maintaining any backups you may need. If you delete the App or your device is lost or damaged, your data may be permanently lost.
We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it for you.
In-App Purchases
Little Sprout offers optional premium themes available as one-time purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
You can restore previously purchased content using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App's settings.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, illustrations, text, and other content, is owned by Little Sprout and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our express written permission.
Content you create (journal entries, photos) remains yours.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Little Sprout and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
